Output video from Nuendo 5.5

Hello all,

For a big event, I am trying to output on projectors, a video out of the Nuendo program as I want to have the audio multitracks on an analog board.

Is this possible? I already tried by going on full screen with the video player but I would like to know what would be the best quality and be sure that the computer can handle it. (8Gb MacBook pro and a 9 minutes film).

the best solution at a reasonable price would be a blackmagic intensity shuttle.

regarding the quality issue the less compressed the picture the less work the mac will have to do to play it. i’d be inclined to use prores.

If you want to use a Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle, please make sure it is compatible with your MacBook.
There are USB 3.0 chip sets which are not compatible with the USB 3.0 version of the Intensity Shuttle.

I don’t have any experience about the Thunderbolt version.
