Outputting Cue Mixes

Hi,
I’ve been watching some excellent videos online about creating ‘more-me’ cue mixes for different musicians, including one by Greg Ondo. The thing that I’m sill confused about is how these different cue mixes are output. I’m assuming the limits to the number of actual mixes that can be pysically output are bound by the number of available physical outputs available from the interface?

strictly speaking, if you are using control room, there are a max of 4 cue sends…but there are lots of ways of generating extra cue mixes if you need to.

Obviously if you are feeding different mixes into physical amps/headphones then of course each will need a separate physical output on your audio interface.
