It depends on the Cubase edition you own (or more specifically, where is your license stored).
If your license is stored on the USB-eLicneser (Cubase Pro and Cubase Artist by default), you can just plug the USB-eLiceser to your new computer and you are ready to go. No activation needed. Just install Cubase.
If your licenser is stored in the Soft-eLicenser (Cubase Elements/LE/AI by default, but you can move these licenses to USB-eLicenser too optionally), go thru the Reactivation process, please.
