Hi, I have just saved an old project to the name of my latest one. Is ther any way of retreiving it from the media bay or has it now gone for ever. Thanks.

That’ll learn ya!
Make new folders for each new project, use Ctrl Alt S to save as you go, makes incremental backups for you.
Then you will never have to worry about that again.
As MS said if you had autosave on you may have a .bak file to save the day.
