Hi, I need urgent help. I have fully paid off (OWNED) my Cubase 14 Pro upgrade via Splice. I recently started a Rent-to-Own for Cubase 15 but decided to cancel it.After cancelling the v15 upgrade, my permanent Cubase 14 license has completely disappeared from my Steinberg account and Activation Manager. I have an active studio and I am losing work because of this.I have already opened a support ticket with Steinberg and Splice, but I need this resolved immediately as I am a legal owner of the software.Steinberg Ticket ID:760495
