Pad configuration missing when saving to Halion Sonic SE presets

I’m creating Halion 6 patches and use a MIDI file via the MIDI Player to demo the patch. The MIDI Player is triggered via an assigned key and Pad.

But when saving as a HALion Sonic SE preset, the Pad configuration is missing and it doesn’t trigger the MIDI Player. It can be triggered via the key.

Hi Ectobyte.

It looks like you used “Snapshot chord” to trigger the midi player.
You are right, it doesn’t get carried over when exporting as HSSE layer preset.
Don’t know if it is a bug or by design but it is relatively simple to fix. Load the preset in HSSE, snapshot the chord (or a single note in this case) again and save as a HSSE program.
