I’m recently searching for a PAD controller used with Cubase (Groove Agent SE or some MIDI cc). Did some research and now I’m looking into these 3 candidates: Arturia Beat Step, Korg padKontrol and Steinberg CMC-PD.
I’ll mostly use it for finger drumming, and most concern about the PAD quality. I read some good inputs for Korg’s pad regarding to sensitivity, but this model seems to be kinda OLD. I wonder if there’s some better choices these year. Also, would the layout of Arturia (28 instead of normal 44) be something bad for finger drumming?
