I sold a Memorymoog that I had tracks in songs assigned to and so I am trying Padshop for sound. I duplicated a track that was identical to the Padshop instrument track, and then soloed it to try different sound. I liked the one called Crystal flower and chose it. Then I played with the identical track and they are horribly dissonant out of tune. When I look at the notes, they are the same. This was a nice sound not some strange distorted thing, so what might be the reason?
The different layers being tuned differently on different presets possibly.
