Padshop 2 and Retrologue 2 Crash Cubase 11 when browsing presets

Hi everyone,

I just updated Cubase 10.5pro to Cubase 11 pro yesterday and it seems very weird that padshop 2 and retrologue 2 are crashing cubase when browsing presets.
Is it a known issue? Am I doing something wrong?
Please help me understand what I’am doing wrong.
I used the update installer from steinberg download assistant.
Cubase 10.5 was fine but now it crashes too.

That is very weird indeed - maybe update or re-install those 2 by themselves from the VST Instruments and Plugins section of the Steinberg Download Assistant?

Thanks for your suggestion, I tried that but no luck.
I uninstalled and reinstalled again and tried with the version in the 10.5 installers but the same.
Crash in cubase 11 and 10.5.20.

Ok, I solved the issue by updating the elicenser to the latest version!!

J’ai le même problème depuis 3 mois, impossible de charger Padshop et Retrologue sans que Cubase se plante. Toujours pas de solution par l’assistance Steinberg. Si vous avez une autre solution que la mise à jour du eLicenser je serais interessé…
