I recently had to reset my PC due to other apps not working properly and my Padshop just doesn’t work anymore as there’s no presets whatsoever. There’s not even a default sound.

If you know where your VST Sound libraries are, find any file in there with “Padshop2” in the name and double-click it, that should open the Steinberg Library Manager, then select “Register in place”.
