Padshop Programs and Content not Visible

I can see the Padshop Factory Content and Padshop2 content in my Library Manager and in Windows Explorer, but not in Media Bay or from within Padshop itself. The content flashes on the screen for a few milliseconds - just long enough to see that there is text, the data hierarchy, etc, but not to read anything. So, it seems Cubase looks at the files, but decides not to offer or display them.

Is there any way to force Cubase to see it and to make it available to me?
