Even when inserting a title page, righthand pages should be odd numbers (starting with Page 1) and lefthand pages should be even numbers.
When inserting a title page, do not insert a new page first; just change the Page Template for the title page, and the music will slide onto the next page.
Beware of page overrides if inserting a title page after formatting the music.
