Is there a way to find out which page templates are applied to the selected page?
Is there a way to know which one is selected in the current set?
Quite easy. Click on the page’s miniature (top of right panel in Engrave mode). The used page template will be surrounded in green in the Page template thing (middle of right panel, just below the Pages).

In the Page Templates section, how can I tell which template is applied to a selected page from the various templates under the “Current Set”? Even if I click on a page with a green highlight, nothing is displayed below in the template section.
Hi @k.k , here a short video that shows what @MarcLarcher explained. If your monitor is not very big, you may need to scroll down to be able to see further Page Templates that are currently present in your set:

Not sure I understand what you mean. But in case you modified something direct in your layout (instead of entering the page template editing mode), then that page will not follow any page template anymore (and therefore no large green highlighted page template ). But you can see if this is happening checking if the page icon has a little red triangle (page override).
