Pages Panel isn't working

Hey,
I’m using Dorico Elements on Mac and I can’t seem to get the pages panel to show up.
I’m using the Cmd+9 shortcut in Engrave Mode which only flips the right arrow from left to right or vise versa where the panel is supposed to open, without actually opening it.
Clicking on the arrow does nothing, not even changing it’s direction like the Cmd+9 shortcut…
Any thoughts about how I can get it to work?
