Pagination of 1 and 2 page flows

Is there any way to get Dorico to paginate a book of songs as follows?

NB: ALL songs will be either 1 or 2 pages, never more.

A: If the song is one page, it may appear on either a left or right hand page.
B: If the song is two pages, insert a blank page if necessary so both pages are on the same spread.

Obviously I can insert blank pages as necessary by hand, but if I can do this automatically it’d be nice.

Dorico does not do this automatically at present. Manual inserts it is, I’m afraid.

If the book is going to be one continuous stream and you want an indication that blank pages are deliberate (“Page deliberately left blank to facilitate page turns” or similar) make yourself a custom master page that you can just apply to any and all blank pages you need.
