I have Cubase Artist 10 on my Mac, and a 10 days ago I bought the 10.5 update online at the Steinberg website.
I’ve requested customer support because I was never sent a serial number or upgrade code. I emailed the reseller that Steinberg uses, but it’s been a couple days with no response. I called the 415 phone number, but it just went to voicemail.
I’m not feeling very confident about this. At least my Cubase 10 still works, so I’m not dead in the water. I was all charged up to get working with the new goodies in 10.5.
Is anybody else having customer service issues? Is this slow response because of the Corona virus?
