Paid Upgrade still shows SpectraLayers Go

Ive tried versions 10, 11 & 12 in trial in the past but did’t buy - so I used Version “Go” (old trials showed as Expired in my products).

I’ve now upgraded and paid for version 13 pro, registered the code used Download Manager (which lists Ver 13 Pro as available) but, it downloads, installs, reports “Unknown Error” and I can’t use ver 13 Pro - only version “Go”.
Tried 3 times - same problem.
Any ideas - I’m dying to use it

Thanks
Paul

Run Steinberg Activation Manager, sign in if necessary, and activate your SpectraLayers Pro 13 license.
It should then look like this:

Hey Paul, did you get this resolved? I’m having a similar issue–bought Spectralayers Pro version 11 and even after uninstalling all the old versions, removing every folder I could find, etc., when I use Download Mgr to download and install SL Pro 11, it comes up as Go. I’ve just bought the SL 13 upgrade, but don’t want to install that because I figured I’d wind up in the same pickle you describe. I’ve seen mention of variants of this problem happening to other people, but no clear solution offered.

EDIT: Followed MrSoundman’s suggestion re: Activation Manager. Wrinkle was it didn’t show my Pro 11, but showed Pro 13 instead. Activated that and the Pro 11 icon now DOES start Pro 11. Will install the 13 upgrade and expect it will work. Thanks, MrSoundman!
