Pan Normalizer in Wavelab Elements 12

Hello forum, this is my first post here.

According to the comparison of WaveLab versions on steinberg-net, Pan and Loudness Normalizer
are fully available in both editions. I can find it in the trial version of Wavelab Pro, but not in my purchased version of Wavelab Elements. Or have I misunderstood or overlooked something?

Best regards, Matthias

Loudness normalizer is available (see below), but indeed, there is no pan normalizer in WaveLab Elements.

@PG1 Thank you for your reply. However, Steinberg should correct this on their website in the product comparison between Wavelabs Pro and Wavelab Elements. It is implied there that Wavelab Elements also offers pan normalization (in addition to loudness normalization). This is a bit annoying, as it is an important feature for me.

Please dispute this sharing screenshots from pro - elements comparison page with Steinberg Support, they may provide you a refund or a better solution to upgrade to pro.

Addendum: This is the issue I would like to point out in the version comparison.

I wish there was only one version of Wavelab and it is called Steinberg Wavelab 6, 12, 13 etc. and sold for an affordable price of 250 USD.

I completely agree. I increasingly feel that Wavelab Elements is more style than substance.

check this…

Thank you very much, that’s very interesting and helps me a lot.

So, I’ve now solved the problem… and bought Wavelab Pro (haha, really), which I’m now getting on very well with.

What’s interesting is that I found Wavelab Elements more difficult to use than Wavelab Pro. Well, maybe after all these years of working with audio editing, I was no longer in the target group for Elements.
