something really annoying … the pan shape in the mixer its horizental
are there any way to change its shape to a Knob??

I’m sorry, there is no way.
Hopefully it is Vertical and not Horizontal 
No knob, I guess it could be an option.
The “Stereo Combined Panner” could be realized using two knobs.
Personally I like the way the Panners look, clear to read, but no analog feel
