Panner lag on 9.5.20

So now I’ve tested this problem with Sierra, Windows 8.1 and on Mountain Lion.
The results are the same. Upon first grab of the stereo panner there is a bad lag which isn’t present in Cubase 9.5.10.

Same on Windows 7. There’s a small delay before the panner starts moving.

Confirmed on Win10.

Here the pan gets stuck when you first try to move it.When I let go the mouse buttton and try again it works normally. It hapens for every track in the mixer and inspector.

I rolled back to 9.5.10.

I hope we get a fix on that one quickly.

They are a little sticky when clicked and dragged, kinda like it.
Mouse wheel and controllers are not affected.
