Panning Halion Sonic stereo instruments

Hi there.

I am trying to work out how to pan a Halion instrument track. However, I cannot make that happen. I have tried rendering it to mono (that does not work at all) and also trying to make it mono in the settings (I am presuming that because it is a stereo track it won’t pan) I must be missing something. Has anyone got any suggestions. Many thanks

Hi,

You can pan the Stereo Instrument Return. Just use the common panner.

To pan stereo tracks I use the Stereo Balance Panner (right click the panner and select it). Then I ALT+double-click the panner to enlarge the panner field to make fine adjustments.

Ha sorted it thank you. It was my focusrite settings d’oh!
