Greetings:
Why is Cubase 10 Pro renaming my audio files and adding that same name, plus the “take” (which isn’t a take, it’s an “edit” in the main window? Besides the fact that it’s completely unnecessary, it clutters up the window. I’ve been a Cubase user since 1997 and this is the first time I’ve seen this “feature”.
Does anyone know of a solution to this issue? Thanks!

PS - Why does Steinberg continue to change things that do not need to be changed?
