I know how to find the accidental in the property panel, but is there an option in the Engrave Mode that does the job every time automatical.
Notation Options > Accidentals (see https://steinberg.help/dorico/v3/en/dorico/topics/notation_reference/notation_reference_accidentals_cautionary_showing_hiding_t.html for details).
Note that Notation Options can be reached via Cmd/Ctrl-Shift-N in any Dorico mode.
