Hi guys… is there any way to do this, with the (G#) being fully to the right of the Ab?

Hi @D.Galbraith, assuming that the g# is in a separate voice, you can adjust in Engrave mode Properties Panel the Voice column spacing offset and the Accidental X offset, until all will be on the right:
