There are things that get fixed in basically every version. However, not necessarily the things that a particular user is waiting for.

Why are then professionals still using it and continue tolerating all the major bugs?

They focus on the things that one can do with Cubase and stay creative. It is the same as with Logic and other DAWs, there are always shortcomings somewhere.

I would say that this concrete fux isn’t something anyone should wait for longer than few months. It is a critical feature that should be fixed urgently in .0.1 release.
