Write your layout name in some text editor, copy the two lines, then rename your layout and paste. It’ll still look like one line in Setup mode, but you’ll get both lines on your layout.
You may need to increase the height of the text frame that holds the layout name.
Dorico needs the ability for multiple lines for stuff in the project editor and part layout names natively.
This has been requested before.
Surely there are more important things to complain about. Many folks prefer the first-page text boxes to preserve as much space as possible for the music, and changing them is something easy enough that most users can do on their own…and even make a custom template if repeating the process is too burdensome.
(I think the point is not taller text frames, but rather the ability to directly enter multiline text without copying and pasting.)
