Please see the attached screen shots. Why are some parts using the correct project info layout I desire (Alto Sax 2) while others seem to be using the page 2 format at the top of page 1 (Percussion 1)? I have done something wackie to me Page Templates but don’t know how to fix it. If the Dorico document would help I can send that as well.
Each Layout has its own Layout Options. Clearly you have some set never to use the First Page template whilst others do use it.
Please.
But @Janus is right.
Janus and Daniel,
Attached is a redacted conductor score but it should help to see which parts have the correct format at the top of page 1 and which ones do not. I need to figure out what I have done to my template so this does not keep happening.
Thank you both for responding.
Gary
As @Janus was guessing, some of your part layouts have the wrong option.
Select all your part layouts in Layout Options and choose option 2 or 3 for “Use First page template”
It’s under Page Setup > Flows
Thank you all for the responses. I have to leave for an appointment, but will work on this when I get back.
Charles (and all of you) were correct. I don’t know how I did that but the problem is resolved. Thank you all.
Gary
Gentlemen,
When I followed Charle’s advice I think I made the mistake of selecting not only the parts in the players list, but also the score. Now my score is formating like a part. Is there a way to keep the parts set up in the current layout but change my score back to the previous layout where in Page View the pages are lined up horizontally instead of stacking them vertically?
Thank you as always.
Gary
In Layout Options, select only the Score on the right and set the options that you want. This will not affect the part layouts that are unselected.
Janus,
That did the trick. Thank you as usual.
