Parts Multi-Rests Disable and Bold Empty Bar Counts Hide

When selecting a part to view from a score I would like to show each empty bar rather than multi-bars rests. I would also like to hide the bold numbers empty bar counts above each empty bar.

I’ve tried looking in Layout and Engrave options but must have missed some setting somewhere.
