Is there a way to paste a dynamic to multiple selections? Thank you.
It depends what you mean by multiple selections. You can paste to multiple staves at the same rhythmic location by selecting the target (click, Shift+click, Ctrl/Cmd+click, drag select) and pasting. You cannot paste in one go to multiple rhythmic positions.

It depends on what you’re trying to do; can you give a little more information?
In order to paste to multiple rhythmic locations, you’d need to select each one first, and it doesn’t seem that inconvenient to select one rhythmic location, paste, select the next one, paste, etc. (Remember that the copied material remains on your clipboard after you paste and can be used again.)
You can also use Alt/Opt+click to copy material as you go, without explicit copy/paste. So you can select a dynamic and then just Alt/Opt+click each place where you want to put it.
I was trying to select many notes with command-click and then apply/paste the same dynamic, copied before into the clipboard.
Try selecting the initial dynamic and then using Alt/Opt+click on the destinations, instead of Ctrl/Cmd+click. As I indicated, each click will copy the dynamic to that new location, in exactly as many clicks as what you were trying to do.

I may not be understanding what you’re going for. How would this be simpler if you could use the paste command instead of Alt/Opt+click?
Hi @spin, adding to the useful suggestions by @asherber, there is a further alternativ method that you can use with the mouse and the right panel/s in Write mode: loading the mouse pointer with an item that you can then “paint-in” at the desired place. The pointer will remain loaded with the item until you press ESC:

Also, if you’re trying to add one dynamics across several staves, with entries at different rhythmic positions, don’t forget that you can do this one go by selecting all the staves and using the dynamics popover.
