Would be very nice to be able to zoom vertically on the pattern editor lanes. As of right now things feeling very squished in full screen mode.
Coming back to this after a few days, I think my original post was a bit hasty. Here’s a more concrete description of what I think would actually improve the editor.
Eliminating the large empty space between the Step lanes and Parameter lanes and replacing it with a draggable divider handle — similar to how the lower zone works in the Project window — would give users significantly more room to draw in precise velocities, offsets, and gates, and would make individual cells easier to click and edit overall. Both the Step lane cells and Parameter lane cells would resize vertically to fill the available space proportionally.
