Paul stretch

Does Cubase have a Paul Stretch plugin? If not, are there any third party plugins for Paul Stretching?

I don’t know what Paul Stretch is, but there is not Stretch algorithm with this name in Cubase.

I’d hazard a guess he means Paul’s time stretch http://hypermammut.sourceforge.net/paulstretch/
