I don’t think so with the automatic bar rests. It’s standard practice the way it is.

Although from Gould:
Thanks Jesper, I want to use it on an orchestral score, in which all the players will have the divisions of the rests (2+3/8, 2+3+2/8 etc). Otherwise it’s chaotic for the rehearsals.
like the example you posted…..
I think you have to use force duration and enter the rests, but I could be wrong. You can enter one bar and use r to repeat it, or copy/paste
Jesper
One difference with the Gould example is constantly changing meters. If it’s just [3+2]/8 throughout it applies a lot less.
You can of course make an explicit dotted-quarter rest (O,6.Y) then copy & paste it into every empty bar. This will break multirests in the parts and may not be a good idea.
Yes, and if it’s not constantly changing, then the forced rests will get swallowed up by any multi-bar rests.
You might consider either literally putting the time signature in as 2+3/8

Or adding system text at each meter change to indicate the grouping

thats what I did so far, I thought there might be an automatic way for 2+⅜ for several bars
