Payment problem

I just paid for Cubase 11 using a Chinese debit card since I live in China. During payment I was sent to an external bank site to complete some bank details which is normal. I filled out my bank card details there which was successful but when I returned to the Steinberg page the payment didn’t register as “done” . Cubase 11 is not in “My products” and I received no email to confirm the purchase. It seems the payment didn’t register with Steinberg even though the money has left my account. What should I do about this or who can I contact?

This has been resolved now. Basically it took a few days for the money to be put through to Steinberg from my Chinese bank. I ordered on Saturday and the payment finally came through on Tuesday. Nexway were quite helpful and answered my questions.
