Payment verification issue with FAB balance during Steinberg purchase

I ran into a strange issue while trying to complete a purchase on the Steinberg online shop and I am wondering if anyone here has seen something similar.

I am based in the UAE and using a card linked to First Abu Dhabi Bank. The payment itself goes through the initial step, but then fails during confirmation. After checking with the bank, they said the balance inquiry or authorization request coming from the merchant side sometimes shows an outdated available balance.

What is confusing is that the funds are definitely there and other transactions work fine. This only seems to happen when trying to purchase Steinberg products, and it results in the order not being completed even though no clear error is shown on the checkout page.

I am trying to figure out if this could be related to how the payment gateway used by Steinberg handles balance checks or delayed authorization responses from FAB.
