Hi I created a percussion set , Some instruments sound well, others no. For instance the Hi-Hat bar 4, beat 4 doesn’t sound. Same with the cymbals in bar 2 : crash Cymbal beat 2, Ride Cymbal Beat 3, no sound.

Perhaps I missed somthing, but could you have a look
It is very bizarre: now I reloaded my song and everything was OK , all instruments were sounding. It looks like it works sometimes and sometimes not. So I investigated a bit and went to:
I followed this advice.
I see that I have:
PLAY/PLAYBACK TEMPLATE It shows ICONA SKETCH, HSO, HALION SONIC SET, Olympus , Gaze
Which seems to be OK
When I switch to AUTO , again same problem, some instruments don’t sound.
I don’t really understand what’s happening here.

Out of the box I heard all the sounds, although the tambourines and the Hi-Hat are very quiet.
I too had difficulty when I selected Auto, so I changed to the “Show All Factory” button and chose the option illustrated. Since it is a factory option (at least for Dorico Pro) I expect it should be available.

Just as you, as I open the song out of the box - coming from Finale in fact - , I can clearly hear all the sounds. However if I apply PLAY/ PLAYBACK TEMPLATE/ SHOW ALL FACTORY It shows .. Olympus GAZE . But If I choose APPLY AND CLOSE or choose your option …Marching Band, Olympus, then again, like you I have tambourine and Hi-hat very (very) quiet) So I chose the option of setting the tambourine on another track.
