Percussion Map: sort options

The Percussion Map / Drum Kit Note Map appears sorted in MIDI note order (logically enough).

When working with a large/complex map, an option to sort by “instrument+technique”
would be very helpful:

  • To ensure that all necessary techniques for each instrument are defined
  • To ensure that techniques are consistent between instruments

Percussion libraries often assign MIDI notes in inconvenient and confusing positions.

One possible implementation would be a new button in the editor:

[Show all] [MIDI Notes in Use (num)] [MIDI Notes in Use (instrum/tech)]
