Is it possible to create lyrics/stickings for a rhythmic location this is part of a previous note value? The picture explains it better.
Use the caret. You can input lyrics (or staff text) at any wanted rhythmic position, even if there is no note.
Enter Note Entry mode (shift-N) so that the caret shows. Move it with right arrow (and a proper rhythmic grid) and shift-L when it’s at the right place. You might need to escape to enter next lyric “not under a note” and replace the caret manually (here, there’s only one spot without note)
