I do a lot of work with long audio samples that I cut up and only end up using a small portion. Does Cubasis have the ability to permanently delete the ‘cut’ segments of a large audio file to save disk space?
Unfortunately this feature is not available in the current version of Cubasis.
But you can do a solo mixdown of the audiomaterial which you want to use in your project.
After you have done the mixdown go ahead and replace the material.
When you have replaced the material, you can delete the original file to save disk space
