permanently move Dorico to a new computer

I have Dorico 2 on my one computer. I have no disk space for Dorico 3 so I’m buying a new computer before purchasing it.

What is the process of deleting Dorico 2 on the old computer and buying and installing Dorico 3 on a new computer?

David, you need to make sure your license is registered on My Steinberg. Then contact Steinberg US phone support at 844-358-4022 (the fastest method, if you’re in the States) and they’ll walk you through the process.
