I just updated from Dorico 5 to Dorico 6. In the proofreading section it is telling me that there is a repeated clef in the ossia staff in bar 56 of the piano part. The problem is there is no ossia staff in the piano part. Ossia visibility is switched on in the Layout options. There are no hidden staves in the layout. Signposts are turned on and there is no signpost indicating an ossia staff in that part. Why is proofreading giving me this message and how do I get it to stop?
Did there used to be an ossia staff there?
If there used to be an ossia staff there, and you removed the staff without deleting all of the content, then Dorico still “sees” the content that no longer displays.
Try adding an ossia staff in that measure, and see if it shows up with a clef on it. If so, delete the clef and then remove the ossia.
