Phone Mix not Centered

Phone mix in Control Room is panning everything to the right. Listening to a single mono track, the sound levels in the “Monitor” section show level left and right channel. On the “Phones” section, the left and right tracks are NOT equal, and the sound in the phones themselves is panned to the right about a quarterof the way from center.

I have checked all panners everywhere, and everything reads “C.” What do I do?

As for the answer to your question, I do not know, that sounds odd. And there no plugin on the inserts in CR?

Thanks. That worked for the image.

No plugins, no inserts. As you can see by the image, the levels are just off. I have no idea what the *&^%$ is going on!
