Phone number for UK support is not in use

Does anybody know if this has changed? I have installed new USB speakers and not only is there no sound, but none of the meters are registering any sound. All other audio is working on the computer. I got great phone help a short while ago, but now it says that the number is available to purchase, as it’s not in use. Thanks in advance.

Can’t help you on the support number but I’d hazard a guess that the issue is the USB speakers themselves as they’re not being controlled by your Cubase using Audio interface.

Are they listed in your outputs from within Cubase? I’d guess not unless you’re using some multi-device ASIO driver such as ASIO4ALL.

If you want folk here to make any further suggestions we’d need a bit more information…Cubase version, OS, etc.
