Is it, or might it be a possible future feature to allow a physical mixing board to control the playback mixer in Dorico. Often when playing back a piece I sometimes want to emphasize a part of a few parts beyond whatever dynamics are set. I know I can bring up the mixer and try to adjust things on the fly, but thought it might be nice if I can just reach over to a board and adjust it just like I would for any studio mixing session. (including mute/solo’s and possibly other features). I suppose having multiple monitors would help me at least have the mixer screen up all the time but still thing HW mixer control would be a nice feature.
We do plan to make it possible to map the controls of a physical surface to the Mixer in future, but I’m afraid it’s not possible as yet.
