Piano Roll - change shading of beats so easier to see?

Hi Guys

The division of the beats in the piano roll editor is very hard for me to make out, can the shadign be changed so that they are easier to see?

Preferences>Appearance>Work Area>Edit Windows.

So obvious once I found the option under Preferences!
