Pianoteq 9 presets not loaded

I cannot select any Pianoteq 9 Instrument because presets are not listed in the plugin.

I already tried to shut off iPad and restart it, shut off Cubasis and restart it, and so on…

What Should do?

Sorry, it was my fault. I was selecting an audio track instead of a midi track.
