pickup beats

Is it possible to add a pick up beat to a song without having to add a whole measure?
I’d like to have beats 3 and 4 and then move into measure 1.

For now I simply moved every part back 1 measure. But it would be nice if there’s a selection to add a pick up beat.

And yes I did use the manual and help files but couldn’t find anything on it.

That is not listed in SE3. Perhaps my version does not have that capability?
