Pigmalion Petite no sound, other demos have sound

So, Dorico 5.1.10 can play other demo songs, but cannot play Pigmalion petite suite–or it plays it but no sound comes out. Does it have some different configuration or instrumental needs? The only odd thing is that before I upgraded from 3.5 to 5, I opened it in the 5.0 and it said it was updating it to the latest version. Did it maybe get corrupted, and if so, how can I get it refreshed?

I am on windows 10 and using an RME ADI-2 DAC fs through the USB interface. There are a few options for the asio driver that can be chosen, and there are also options for sound sets or instrument sets. I don’t know what the implications are as far as these instrument lists go. In 3.5, this played just fine.

Did you try re-applying the Playback Template? That’s usually the first thing I try when the sound is off.

I applied the playback template and its working now. Thanks! I had to look up how to apply a playback template first. Not real deep on this product yet.
