Is there a setting somewhere to make it so I when I open a selected region to pitch and warp, that it only analyzes that region and not the entire recording? Its frustrating when I want to just adjust one small thing, and have to wait for it to analyze my whole recording I made. Thanks.

No, there is not this Kind of settings as far as I know. But you can Render this short region as a new file now, and then analyze only this new file.
