Pitch bend notation for wind instruments

Hello fellow musicians,

I’m busy with engraving a piece for wind band. One of the struggles I have is how to notate bends in wind instruments for identical pitches in series, like this mock-up:

I couldn’t find how to achieve something like this in Dorico. I found guitar bends, but I can’t get that working.

Gould writes (p. 248) some line with a bend in it. I failed when trying to replicate this in the Lines section of Dorico. Does anyone know how to notate this?

(Note: that mock-up isn’t necessarily how I’d like to look in the end. I’m open to suggestions)

If playback is not important, you could notate the 2nd note with an accidental and hide it(!). Then the guitar bend will work.
(Others probably have better solutions)

If you don’t need this symbol to be flexible (ie a fixed single item will work, rather than a variable-width line), you could create a custom playing technique with the necessary symbol(s) to produce the effect/shape you want.

Thanks for the replies. @Lillie_Harris, you pointed me into the right direction. Thanks for your help!
