Hi everyone, i am clicking on a piece of audio but it is not opening in the sample editor? pic 1 is the workflow,
pic 2 is where the file is opening and showing 2 seperate parts instead of one audio file… any advice please?

That is a part which is a collection of events. If you double click the events inside the part you open the audio editor.
You can use dissolve part if you don’t want it like that.

Select it from the menu…I’m not at DAW to check exactly where it is…maybe under audio menu??
